Been looking forward to this one since Steve alluded to it in our Universal Monsters conversation – and it was well worth the wait: that patented Niles blend of horror and humanity and world-weary humor ("Maybe next time attach my head first") splayed out across a deeply-realized world brimming with horrific life through Szymon Kudranski's stunning art; every panel begs to be revisited to mine its depths. Consider me hooked.
