GOD GAMES – The Kills

The essence of everything I love about Mosshart and Hince distilled in a single face-ripping, soul-baring set. Heavy rotation on my many nighttime trips of back and forth along the backroads and byways. Seven years is a long wait, but if this is what emerges, I’ll gladly an eternity.

Spent the night in a chair at the nursing home bedside of my dying grandfather so today’s internet expressions of existence to the ether will be decidedly out of usual programming whack.

I’ve had a weird medley of the second movement (the Allegretto) of Beethoven’s seventh symphony and Britney Spears’s “Oops… I Did It Again” stuck in my head for the past week and now I gift it to you you’re welcome.
