Lots of progress on the great house emptying: almost everything is disassembled, all keys and weird hiding places discovered. Should be set to have the place empty by the end of the year: second time in a year and a half I’ve had to do this and I’m ready to be DONE.

Amazing performance from her latest album. Have to pick this one up: the Royal Albert Hall Concert is one of my favorite performances and moments in music history and hearing Cat Power work her magic on it is revelatory.
Swapping up my schedule a bit. NuHerbie and I will be here, just a little later than previous normal. Change is afoot, in a good way.
