I’ve managed to fit all of my books inside The Sanctum. Only took a few years and many shelves, but my mission is complete. Until I get more books.

Meanwhile, in repurposing / why didn't I think of this sooner news

Made this keyboard riser for standing desk work from three shelves my grandfather made for my late mother's apartment. Been staring at them for a couple of weeks, looking for the right wall. Nice to have finally been able to give them purpose – no wall required.

New office / Sanctum arrangement: the freer I am to move the freer I am to think (and play ball with Kirby instead of headdesking when stuck). Side note: added a monitor light and love it - a boon for handwriting lefties like me.

why yes this is perhaps the greatest shelf of all time
