Realized, as I was fucking about not getting anywhere in block two (or either of today's blocks, really – I was too excited, first at its impending arrival, then upon its actual arrival), that, being surrounded as I am now by action figures in my Paintshop, benign midlife crisis tributes to formative years spent concocting multiple crossover adventures and other assorted tactile fanfiction shenaigans, it's practical malpractice that I haven't attempted a narrative serialized adventure in more than a decade (and the one I did I pulled because I liked it too much and wanted to do something else with it: haven't – yet): this is, however, my standard operating procedure. Will think on it (too much) more and (probably) discuss in Sunday's newsletter.
I remain transfixed. See you tomorrow.

Goldsmith’s FIRST CONTACT theme is the most beautiful thing he wrote for TREK and hearing it again gave me chills.
“When Alvin Visited The Wreck of the Titanic”
Eighty minutes of beautiful, robot-filmed unreleased footage from one of the first dives after the discovery of the Titanic, in 1986. Transfixed.
SZBADSÁG – Adela Mede
Haunting: an otherworldly sonic collage of deep power that speaks volumes of ours. Listened twice through and it revealed even more on the second go-round; I suspect the trend will continue with each repeated listen (and there will be many). Beautiful.
