replication

Yesterday's strawberry sundA.I (fun size) proved a fascinating, if mentally exhausting experiment: replicating large scale sculptures made of difficult-to-find pieces via easier to source ones so, whereas the original was a melange of piece I've already forgotten (though I do know the cherry was a combination lock), Fun Size was a few different sizes of hex nuts, a few scraps of bent steel rod, a cast-aside curl from metal_0055, and some steel fencing wire. The Claude-generated center was simply scaled down in Creality Print and printed in the same rose gold filament as the original. Not sure how feasible it will be with other pieces, but it's good to know that I can concoct recipes for scale and reasonably approximate the more complicated originals in timely (read: mad dash) manner.
