I’m a huge fan of Sam Hamm’s BATMAN ‘89 comics continuation - and its portrayal of what Billy Dee Williams’s Two-Face could have been - and this fan-made trailer for Tim Burton’s Batman 3 only deepens my lament that the film was never made.
